Questions parents ask
Does my child use up the allowance by studying?
No. Doing lessons, getting answers marked, practice and review are never charged. The allowance only pays for making new lessons.
What happens when the allowance runs out?
Making new lessons pauses until next month. Everything already made keeps working, and your children keep studying as normal.
Does unused allowance carry over?
No. It resets at the start of each month.
I only have one child. Is the second place wasted?
No. The children’s amount is split between the children you actually link, so with one child linked, they get all of it.
Can I decide how it is split?
Yes. Set each child’s share yourself, or leave it split evenly.
What does my child actually do?
They work through the lessons you give them, answering questions as they go, and play a lesson again when it comes back for review. They can also make lessons of their own from a topic; those stay private unless they share them with you.
Can I trust lessons made by AI?
Look through a lesson before you give it: you can change or delete any card. Nothing reaches your child until you give it to them.
Do I need a plan to follow my child’s progress?
No. A free parent account can follow the children linked to it. The plan adds making lessons, setting homework and your children’s own share.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your billing page. It stops the next payment, and you keep everything until the end of the month you paid for.

What happens when I run out of allowance?
Generating stops until the allowance resets — nothing you have already made is affected, and your students keep learning as normal. You can wait for the reset or buy an add-on pack for the period you are in.
How do seats work on family and tutor plans?
You link the students you want to fund, and the whole student budget is divided evenly between the ones actually linked — five places shared by three students means each gets a bigger share, not that two shares sit unused. You can also pin an individual share yourself.
Can I cancel or change plan?
Yes, from your billing page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep everything you have paid for until the end of the current period.
Can schools pay by invoice?
Yes. School and district plans are set up through a partnership agreement rather than bought from this page. Use “Talk to Schools” to start.
What do I get on the free plan?
The whole product and a small monthly generation allowance, so you can build a real lesson and teach it before deciding anything.
